If you wish our products to be shipped out of the country, you (the buyer) are responsible for freight and any legal/custom arrangements.
Signature dispensers are shipped within 5 days from order.
Customized labels must be approved. Once you submit the go-ahead orders and customized labels will be shipped within 21 days. NEXBALL Golf will not accept liability for errors overlooked after the stage of proofing. Any changes from your previously approved copy will be charged extra according to both time and materials.
Returns & Refunds:
If you are not completely satisfied with the product you can return it up to 60 days from the date of purchase. Call to request a return authorization number. Full refunds are issued for undamaged signature containers (showing a 4 in a circle) and undamaged blank containers without customized labels attached. Sorry, we cannot issue any refunds for customized labels.
